  1. About GraceZ Studio

This website is operated by ABG Holdings Group Pty Ltd trading as GraceZ Studio (“GraceZ Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referred to in them.

  1. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content for commercial reproduction without our permission.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  1. Products and natural materials

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. Screen settings and lighting may cause minor differences in colour.

Crazy Horse leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, colour, texture, surface marks and the patina that develops with use are part of its character and are not generally considered faults.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Personalisation

Customers are responsible for checking all names, dates, messages, spelling, punctuation, capitalisation, colours and other selected options before submitting an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once engraving or production has begun, personalised orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless required by law.

We may adjust the size, spacing and placement of personalised text to achieve a suitable engraving result. Product previews are guides only and may not show the exact final scale or placement.

We reserve the right to decline personalisation containing unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate material.

If you provide a business name, logo, image or other design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested personalisation.

  1. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive payment.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, personalisation cannot reasonably be completed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Promotional offers, partner prices and discount codes may have separate conditions and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

  1. Processing, shipping and delivery

Personalised products are individually prepared and engraved in Melbourne. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

  1. Returns, faults and consumer guarantees

Returns, cancellations and change-of-mind requests are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy:

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, re-engraving, refund or other remedy where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the GraceZ Studio name, branding, website text, photographs, graphics, videos, layouts and original designs are owned by or licensed to GraceZ Studio.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

  1. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payments, delivery tracking and other website features may also be provided by third parties.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. GraceZ Studio remains responsible for its obligations to customers as the seller of products purchased from this store.

  1. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy:

Information required to process an order may be shared with service providers such as Shopify, payment processors and delivery carriers.

  1. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GraceZ Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Victoria, subject to any rights available under applicable consumer law.
