Australia-wide delivery

GraceZ Studio currently ships within Australia only.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: A$9.95
• Free standard shipping on orders of A$120 or more, calculated after discounts

Processing and personalisation

Personalised products are individually prepared and engraved in Melbourne. Processing time is separate from delivery time and may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided by the carrier begin after your order has been completed and dispatched. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
